A Short Story About Kindness Of A Man

This is a short story about kindness of a man who helped everyone without thinking once. Everyone has a story to be kind but be kind to others in the limit.

A Short Story About Kindness Of A Man

In this story, there are two characters James and Mason. After reading the story you will understand their role. On Friday morning, James had a severe car accident so to repair his car he took the car to the garage. As he was doing a job in a firm, he needs to go to the office daily. He decided to travel by the local bus until the car gets ready. One day, he saw a homeless guy (Mason) at the local bus station while returning from office. He had sympathy for him so he gave him some change from his pocket.

The guy (Mason) expressed gratitude toward him for it. Again the next day, he saw the same homeless guy at a similar spot. This time James bought for him a meal to eat.  Mason thanked him for his kind nature. But James got inquisitive and asked him, “How could you get to this point?”

Mason saw him with a smile, he told, “By Showing Love". James, didn’t get it, so he asked him again, “What do you mean by saying that?” Mason answered that “Throughout my entire life, I ensured that everyone was cheerful and happy. Regardless of what was going right or wrong in my own life, I always helped each and every person.”

James questioned him, “Do you regret doing that?” To which Mason answered, "No, It just damages my spirit that the very individuals I gave the shirt away from me to wouldn't give me a sleeve of that equivalent shirt when I was out of luck. Child, It is smarter to construct your own home and welcome somebody in for cover than to give them your blocks while you are building yours. Because one day when you will look around and look at the spot where you wanted to construct your home. It will be vacant. At that point, you are the one searching for blocks."

James understood what Mason meant and thanked him for giving valuable advice.

To help others is not at all an awful thing. But Sometimes, while we try to help others, we overlook our own issues and needs. One must always recall that sometimes sharing is much better than parting away. You can do much more by being in a solid situation rather than bringing yourself into a weaker position.
