One day, a child questioned his tutor, “Why usually the individuals marry another human then they experienced passionate feelings or fell in love with?” The tutor replied, “so as to respond to your inquiry, go to the paddy field and pick the best paddy and return. But the condition is that you can visit them just a single time and can't turn around to pick.” The child went to the field, walked through the first row, he saw one major paddy which he right away loved, but he thought that possibly there is a greater one further. At that point, he saw another greater one, yet again he imagined that possibly there is a much greater one more further.
Afterward, when he walked through the greater part of the paddy field, he began to understand that the paddy isn't as large as the ones he let go off, he began to understand that he had missed the best one in the hunt of a greater. So, he decided to go back to the tutor an unfilled hand since he simply couldn't excuse himself for relinquishing the best paddy and told everything that happened. The tutor replied, “You continued searching for a superior one while ignoring the best one, and later when you understand that you have missed that, you can’t turn back. This is the fault usually made by individuals who fell in love and often lost the best individual they could have in their life".
Continuing further, the child told, “Is that bad to fall in love?” The tutor answered, “No Dear, Anyone can fall in love with anyone at any time if they find an appropriate individual. But, once you truly and genuinely fall in love with someone, you should never leave that person because of your frustration, irritation, ego, or due to the comparisons with others”.
Again the child questioned, “How would they wind up wedding somebody other than they loved?” The tutor replied, “in order to reply to your query, go to the maize field and pick the greatest maize and return. But the condition will remain the same as before, you can walk through them just a single time and can't turn around to pick.” The child went to the maize field, this time he had made his mind so as to not to repeat the past mistake. At the point when he came to the center of the field, he picked one medium maize that he felt happy with and returned to the tutor. He explained how he settled on a decision. The tutor replied to him, “You searched for one that is simply pleasant, and you had put your confidence this is the best one you can get. This is the means by which one takes a decision for marriage."
The child still was very confused. The tutor asked, “What is troubling you now?” The child answered, “I am thinking what would have been best, wedding an individual you love or loving the individual you marry”.
